When she was born she took her mothers last name in hopes they wouldn't know that she was and Uchiha. She grew up with her Aunt but she still visited her parents. Only Itachi and her parents knew she came and visited them. Sasuke was too young to remember his mom being pregnant and her being born. She then took a medical ninja class and is better than Sakura.
