This tunnel which starts in Felwood is the primary means for a player to initially enter Winterspring if they have never been there before (there exist two other ways to get to Moonglade; the Druids learn to teleport there early on, and for the other one, see the Moonglade article). Players start at "Unfriendly" reputation with the Timbermaw Hold faction so they won't attack you. The Timbermaw Hold faction also offers rewards as you gain standing with them.
