The Imperial Mission Committee on Sentient Right Abuses was an agency of the Imperial Mission that was enacted to investigate reports of the abuses of the sovereign rights of human beings and all sentient beings by personnel of the Imperial Military, as part of the Empire's "Victory Without War" initiative to win the hearts of the Imperial people. It specifically investigated sentient right abuses believed to be committed by personnel of Imperial Intelligence and the Imperial Special Operations Command under General Order 452: Preemptive Measures Against Terrorism and Insurgency.
