Sergeant Hogey is a dog who is on the Bikini Bottom Police. He is the only member responsible enough to be the dangerous situations. So far he has appeared three times, first in the episode "Professor Squidward" and then starring in the episode "Squidward in Clarinetland", "The Other Patty", "Move It or Lose It" and "Safe Deposit Krabs". Although unconfirmed, name is Rusty. According to what Sergeant Hogey said, he hasn't had a date in 12 years.
