The Hon. Richard Cecil Grosvenor (7 January 1848 - 28 October 1919) was a barrister and local politician. He was the youngest son of Robert Grosvenor, 1st Baron Ebury. Educated at Eton College and the University of Oxford, he was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in November 1872. From 1889-95 he was a Progressive Party member of the London County Council. From 1889-92 he was an alderman and from 1892-95 a councillor representing Lambeth (Kennington). He died at his home near Woking, Surrey and was cremated at Brookwood Cemetery.
