or you can get it in the second badge by getting an abra and not fight the enemy with a slowpoke 1. you catch an abra 2. encounter a person when you do immediately press start and immediately teleport 3. fight the person with the slowpoke 4. teleport back to cerulean city and walk up the bridge where you challenged those trainers 5. the once you walk past those people the screen should immediately go to the pause menu 6. unpause it and it should immediately go to the battle screen and you should see a wild mew
