T. Fremke was a employee working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation before the Great War. He worked at the Safari Adventure. T. Fremke was one of the people working on Project Cobalt in secret. After being found out by B. Ross he tried to keep him from investigating further, knowing it would mean he would lose it job, to put it mildly. After Ross dissappeared he was eventually asked by Security to wipe Ross' terminal.
