Lost followers can be found in the place you first hired/acquired them with the exception of Fawkes, Dogmeat and Sergeant RL-3. Fawkes will be in the foyer of the Museum of History, Dogmeat will wait outside Vault 101 and RL-3 will be waiting by the same tree as the caravan traders in Canterbury Commons.
