Randoulf Allan "Ozzy" Osburn (born November 26, 1952 in Collingwood, Ontario) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He played 27 NHL games with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Philadelphia Flyers. He played junior hockey for the Hamilton Red Wings and the London Knights. The Toronto Maple Leafs chose him 27th overall in the 1972 NHL Amateur Draft.
