Any fly-fishing spot can be used to catch a raw rainbow fish, such as the one northeast of Gunnarsgrunn. A raw rainbow fish has two main uses. Firstly, players can cook it on a range or a fire to make a cooked rainbow fish, a food item. Doing so requires level 35 Cooking, and grants 110 experience. With a cooking level of 62 or higher it is impossible to burn the fish. Secondly, a raw rainbow fish is used in the Hunter skill as bait for a barb-tailed kebbit in the Feldip Hunter area. This requires level 33 Hunter.
