Dr. Squirrelenstein is someone mentioned by Michelangelo in Broken Foot when he is attempting to interpret what Ice Cream Kitty is panicking about. When Michelangelo realizes Leonardo is missing and begins to panic, himself, Raphael comments that the reason had "better not be Dr. Squirrelenstein again".
