They are the pit crew members of Chick Hicks, and all of them share his mustache look. During the big race at the climax of the movie, they mouth off to Guido, who in response plans to attack them, but Luigi holds him back, telling him that he will get his chance. When Lightning McQueen is finally blessed with a flat tire, Guido quickly fixes it. All of them are astonished that Guido fixed McQueen so fast, and their "mustaches" fall off.
