The user manipulates an existing water source, using it to form a ball of water in the palm of their hand. The water is rapidly frozen and shaped into an eight pointed projectile which is as sharp as a Fuma Shuriken before being thrown at the opponent(s), while the projectile is in flight it may be directed by the user with various hand motions.
