Patrick Richard born 7th February 1973 is a retired Canadian rally driver. He was the 2002, 2004, 2008 and 2009 Canadian Rally Champion and competed in the World Rally Championship in 2003 as a PWRC driver. He drove a Subaru Impreza WRX STi with three different navigators. In August 2014 Richard retired from competitive rallying for medical reasons.
