Rhedon Lamr was an agent of the UEE Advocacy. He lived in the 27th century. He was sent to assess the Vanduul attack incident on Armitage, Orion. Lamr found all inhabitants of a water purification settlement near Dell dead, except for John Phillips. Lamr sent samples of scorched earth to the labs, and shell casings for hard-ammo to the Advocacy agents for analysis. His companion on this assessment mission was Vasquez.
