The Heels Patient was a clinic patient in the Season 3 episode Half-Wit. She was portrayed by actress Kendra Cover. The patient came to the clinic complaining of foot pain after walking a long distance in high heels. She was seen by Gregory House who told her she had a blister and it was a waste of his time for her to come to a clinic for it. He also diagnosed her with bulimia. She denied it, but he pointed to her gnarled fingers (from shoving them down her throat) and bad breath (from the smell of vomit). He advised her to seek help and said it was a pity because she looked cute being that thin.
