Tagny Hammerhand is the name of the dwarven waitress that works in the The Burning Bear Inn, in Frostkeep. She is a pleasant woman although new visitors to the tavern often report that they find her fist-slamming intimidating. It is believed that she spent a little time at the Clanhold of the Bottlesmashers before venturing to Frostkeep many, many years ago. Tagny often quarrels with Hirbag, never quite seeing eye-to-eye on many of the daily running of the tavern. It is a wonder why Sara Krown still employs the pair!
