I have no wish to start this Project, or to mind it as well as my other duties. But Helix has expressed the desire to put in some work for the Project and to start adding ideas and such. He has been put in charge of this and can decide how userboxes can be made official and ideas on which can be made. In accordance with his leadership, I've opened the Project for membership. There's really no way we can all work on it without there being members devoted to working on it and making things official, so there really does have to be a membership list.
