Hatty is the owner of Hatty's Hats at the Jollywood village. She first appeared in "Take Care of Your Elf!" when she received a complaint from Grumpy about a smudge on his hat left behind from the elves working at her shop. Though Hatty isn't responsible with the condition of Grumpy's hat, she told him to take it up with the elves behind the sales floor.
