Onion Mushroom Soup * 3 T. margarine * 3 Cups Thinly Sliced Onion * 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms * 4 Cups beef broth * 2 Cups water * 1 T. worcestershire sauce * 1/4 T. pepper Grated Parmesan cheese In Large Pan, Melt butter Over Medium Heat. Add Onion. Cook About 8 Minutes or Until Tender. Add Mushrooms. Cook 5 Minutes. Add Broth, water, Worcestershire And pepper. Bring to Boil. Reduce Heat. Cover And Simmer 30 Minutes.
