David was a perfect robot boy who was bought by Homer and Marge to replace Bart when he was in a coma. He was destroyed by Bart in the end. Like Homer, he appears to have a dislike for Ned as he punches him in the crotch. Homer also favors David over Bart, who despite being his flesh and blood son Homer abandons in the woods over the robot.
