Ensign Brower was a Starfleet engineer serving aboard the USS Enterprise-D, under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, in the 2360s. In 2367, Brower assisted Chief Engineer Geordi La Forge, Lieutenant Reginald Barclay, and Lieutenant junior grade Linda Larson in repairing the Argus Array. (TNG: "The Nth Degree" ) Brower was played by actor David Coburn.
