The Sewer Beyond is the Afterlife of all deceased small pets that were flushed down the toilet. Dexter's pet Fishy was sent here after having died from overexertion... but not before having to deal with paranormal difficulties involving the dead goldfish's ghost. It's own debut was "Filet of Soul".
