Seen in Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D., Numbuh 122, the leader of Sector E, is essentially a stereotypical British version of Numbuh 1. He was seen using J.E.T.A.B.O.O.T.S. and a small umbrella functioning as a weapon which he can also ride like a broom stick (this might be a reference to Harry Potter as Numbuh 1 and Harry are seen to have some of the same characteristics). His appearance is a parody of the character Dr John Steed from The Avengers.
