The President of Rutania is the head of state of Rutania. The President co-leads the executive branch along with the Prime Minister of the federal government and is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Rutania. The president is elected by the people via popular vote on December 10 and is Inaugurated on December 30 based on the election schedule. The term is for 4 years with no term limits. He/She receives a fixed salary of 6,000 RUT a year and lifetime benefits after retirement.
