Though his real name is unknown, Buggy Ding Dong (as he called himself or that is his real name), was the former host of a children's television show called Buggy's Bumpy Railroad until he discovers the "joys" of heroin and became a smack addict, and the quaternary antagonist of the 2002 American dark comedy movie "Death to Smoochy". He was portrayed by late veteran actor Vincent Schiavelli.
