Aubrey Karew a old vampire and from the Amelia Atwater-Rhodes short novel, "In the Forests of the Night" and "Demon In My View". He was born in 382 BC; he's ancient and said to look like a beautiful god with black hair and eyes and wears black. The woman who turned him into a vampire is called Ather and he has one fledgling: Jessica who is also his girlfriend. His enemies are Risika and Fala; he hates Risika because she hates him. He and Risika have a dangerous past which includes him murdering Risika's twin brother. Risika and Aubrey fought and she did a blood-tie to him, which caused his mind to be hers; she can read his mind.
