500 HP Health Bonus gained randomly when using the Mr. Pinchy item. This counts as a flask item, meaning it persists through death, and also counts as a Guardian and Battle Elixir. Previous to 2.1.0, this buff gave 1200 HP, the same as a Flask of the Titans. The buff is now 500 HP, 100 HP more than the current Titans flask, but does not have the 10 Defense Rating bonus the Flask of Fortification offers.
