Task Force 76B was a Starfleet task force extant in late 2310 and 2311. It was part of the Starfleet Seventh Fleet. (Star Trek: Malverne/Star Trek: Shadowstar Station: At Gamma Hydrae) Task Force 76B had been split off from the main body of Task Force 76 in October 2310. The Vincennes-class USS Surabaya became the flagship of 76B.
