Megaton Blast, called Megaton Punch (メガトンパンチ/Megaton Panchi) in Japan, is an attack used by the Jack series of androids from the first game onwards. Its input is b,db,d,DF+2. In Tekken 5, the input was changed to use 1 instead, with the original input being used for Megaton Sweep. It has reverted back for Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
