This is one of the best sealstones to carry and restore, despite its relatively high cost, as it boosts one of the most important stats for the party, especially if you are comfortable with avoiding enemy attacks. Conversely, when set on a dais, as it is when you first enter the dungeon, it is only detrimental if you cannot avoid attacks.
