The Launch Site was where the two heroes face Nefarious. It was on planet Mylon and it also was the place where the second Biobliterator was to be launched. There were huge masses of brown water presumably containing industrial waste. The Launch Site was littered with large robots that happened to look like Clank. Many vehicles could be found here during the final battle.
