At some point, he may have worked for Morpheus D. Duvall or at least knows him, as he mentions Morpheus in his file. This architect more than likely oversaw the creation of the underwater missile base in the Atlantic Ocean. The Architect was also concerned about how the missile base would be used as he comments that Morpheus tends to go too far after the Raccoon City Incident. The Architect left a memo in one of the rooms, which was found by Bruce McGivern whilst he searched the facility.
