Carlos Pendroza, Jr. was the son of Lucia Pendroza and Carlos Pendroza, Sr. (killed by the DiMarco family), nephew of Ramon Pendroza, and great nephew of Louis and Maria Pendroza. Carlos was not happy with how his mother acted in public, being drunk a lot and was easily manipulated by Maria into not wanting to join the business. When Lucia was killed, Miguel suspected Carlos killed his own mother because he wasn't happy with her and confronted Carlos, after which Carlos killed Miguel, and Maria (who was there when everything happened) shot Carlos dead for "being a Pendroza".
