Enoch Litwala was the replacement for Rehoboth as subpotentate of the United African States in the Left Behind books. His reign as subpotentate was short-lived, as his addressed condolences at the memorial service for Nicolae Carpathia at the time of his death revealed that Litwala and two other subpotentates showed little support for Carpathia. Leon Fortunato then had called fire down from heaven and destroyed Litwala and the two other subpotentates at the memorial service in "The Indwelling".
