Marcos Siazon was a ruthless contract killer who ordered for the deaths of husband and wife assassin team, Jean-Paul Ranier and Sophie Ranier after they intended to get out of the killing business and begin a family for themselves. He was later knocked unconscious by Gibbs and taken into NCIS custody.
