Heartland Academy (ハートランド学（がく）園（えん） Hātorando Gakuen) is the middle school for students who reside in Heartland City. The school is a large, circular building with many facilities for the students who attend there. Due to the popularity of the Augmented Reality Duels, the school's central field area is a perfect place for the students to relax and Duel during their breaks.
