There are several quests that must be done before Master Chef Mouldier will offer you this quest. Those prerequisites are: * Your reputation must be Friendly or above with Tranquillien * Completion of the following quests: * The Forsaken * Return to Arcanist Vandril * Arcanist Vandril will offer you Suncrown Village, however it is not necessary to complete that quest in order to obtain Culinary Crunch. When complete with Return to Arcanist Vandril, then go talk with Master Chef Mouldier who will now offer you Culinary Crunch.
