Recipe for Distraction is a miscellaneous quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn. After helping Captain Veleth with the Ash Spawn near Old Attius Farm, he will tell the Dragonborn about his soldiers getting drunk off something called Emberbrand Wine. They can then offer to help find the Emberbrand Wine stash for him.
