Bilthama is a town located in Falgorn Province in Southern Yamato and is the home of the Bharata people. It witnessed a great wildfire which had been caused by Seishuu Kazejin in 1000 AE. The town was later annexed into the Yamato Empire during the Unification of Yamato. After the Cataclysm, Bilthama fell to the Southern Horde which now rules over its population.
