Bob 'Scribbly' Cosgrove is a fictional member of staff at Sonic the Comic. The "intrepid reporter" was given the chance to interview Doctor Ivo Robotnik at the height of his dictatorship, although things did not go to plan. During the interview, Cosgrove constantly made disparaging remarks towards Robotnik, criticising his rule over Mobius and his inability to defeat Sonic the Hedgehog. Robotnik's patience eventually wore thin and he whipped out one of his new weapons, pointing straight at Cosgrove. The tape recorder he was using suddenly cut out, shortly after a "zapping" sound was heard.
