The AMR-66 Battle Rifle for the Terran Republic, is a long range semi-auto rifle that possesses a rather high muzzle velocity of 600m/s. It deals quite a lot of damage at range with little damage drop off allowing the user to compensate less. For damage drop off than other weapons, it's high vertical recoil forces you to possess an adequate trigger discipline especially on moving targets. Scope selection is viable for play-style but many players claim that the 4x and 3.4x magnification are excellent and synergetic with the weapon.
