Albert Fenwick was an artiste friend of Alec Gilroy and Charlie Bracewell. Performing as "Fearless Fenwick the Fire-eater", Albert also tried his hand at sword-swallowing. He died very suddenly from a heart attack in the middle of his closing number during a performance. Blaming Albert's death on his high sugar intake, Charlie never touched the stuff again.
