James Whittaker Munroe was a Human male who served as the administrator of Espoir Station in the late 2260s. Earlier on in his life, Munroe attended Princeton University on Earth and wrote his thesis on "Temporal Anomalies in Type-B Warp Fields", before eventually graduating on stardate 2251.9. In 2269, Munroe was found to have provided Ies Bredell sanctuary and allowed him to build a his Big Bang Weapon at Espoir Station. (TOS video game: Judgment Rites)
