The Fuentes Legal Center is an eight-story office building located in Los Angeles. The building is occupied solely by attorneys, most of whom are defense and litigation lawyers, and houses a bar called the Hung Jury off the lobby. In November of 1993, LAPD detective Harry Bosch followed fellow detective Jerry Edgar to the bar at the FLC to discover that Edgar was meeting with civil rights attorney Honey Chandler, who was at that time representing Deborah Church, the widow of a man that Bosch had killed, in a wrongful death lawsuit against Bosch.
