On the ground floor is the main entrance which is bright in color, with a dark marble floor and a large chandelier hanging down from the large cathedral ceiling. To the left and right are two grand doorways which lead into conference rooms with various state of the art screens. On floors one to six various offices of members of the CPD are here. On floors 7 and 8 are smaller conference rooms; while on the ninth floor are recreation rooms where members of the party can go to relax. The tenth and topmost floor is reserved rooms for those who chose to stay over at the headquarters for whatever reason.
