Robert George Marks I(August 18, 1858 - December 31, 1921) was an American politician, lawyer and judge prominent in the state of Florida, where his father, Josiah Marks, was Governor before serving as President of the United States. Robert Marks was the Attorney General of Florida from 1890, helped in large part by his father's influence, until 1902, when he was appointed Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, where he served until his sudden death in 1921.
