Clovelly House was a 9 storey tower block off Lower Beeches Road, in the Egghill Estate in Northfield, Birmingham. The block was situated along with Devon House & Exeter House, in a cluster of 3 blocks off the junction of Lower Beeches Road and Raven Hays Road that were approved for construction in 1960 and completed in 1962 by Wates. It contained 36 flats and was demolished around 2000/2001.
