The Second, Third, and Fourth Hokage do not have access to Hashirama's Kekkei Genkai of Wood Release. Orochimaru is able to use Wood Release because he is now inhabiting the body of one of the White Zetsu, which were created using cells from the First Hokage, therefore presumably granting Orochimaru the power of Wood Release through the host body. The White Zetsu Clone bodies were only used as a sacrifice to revive the previous Hokage, and so they would not be able to use Wood Release like Orochimaru.
