The Powergrid is the amount of power available in a ship used to activate powered modules. Each ship has a limited amount of power that can be given to fitted modules. If a pilot adds too many powered modules to his ship, some of them will not be active. A pilot can view the total amount of Powergrid and the amount remaining in the Fittings screen. A ship's base powergrid can be increased by adding modules such Power Diagnostic Systems as well as training skills such as Engineering and Advanced Weapon Upgrades.
